Directions

The soft-gliding formula goes on smoothly without any drag or skipping. Smudge with the built-in smudge brush on the end for a sultry, smokey eye.

PROFESSIONAL TIP: Apply liner inside the rim of the eyes (the "water line") to make the lash line look thicker. This also serves as an efficient liner application for those with very little eyelid space.
